		<description>I like the basic services for sales and support.

However, the accounts recievable department does not look at the checks when received to credit each portion correctly.  When a customer sends in more then one check for a monthly statement, it should stand to reason that there is a reason and the checks should be looked at to determine why two checks were sent in for the payment!

Please see what can be done to insure that the checks are credited correctly.

		<description>An update.  On 2/8 I received the Windows 7 program.  I called Dell, spent 4 hours on hold to tell them that I had received the program and wanted to set up a time to install and correct my drive problem.  It is now 2/9 - and i was on hold for 1 hour.  Then the Tech support told me that they could not correct the cd drive problem.  They could send me to hardware support, went there, they wanted $49 to troubleshoot and if I needed a new cd drive, it would cost an additional $ 150.  Told them I wanted 100% credit for my charges.  I am now on hold in an attempt to get credit for the  Windows 7 and Tech support.  I should just deal with my credit card company.  Anyway - that&#039;s my story.  I am going to buy a new computer.</description>

		<description>I was very disappointed in the respect that Dell was unable to make the repair to my computer that they said they could fix.  After four hours on the phone they decided that I needed to buy Windows 7 AT OVER $200.  They indicated that they would contact me on 2/4 for the installation.  Today is 2/5 and I have not received the program to be installed.  UPS is supposed to deliver this on 2/8.  So I have expended almost $400 and one week of time - and there is no difference in my computer and no repairs made.  They were very eager to help me, charge me for two issues and promise me the world.  No changes yet.  I could have purchased a new computer for a little bit more and been up and running by now.
